Notes:

If requested our Pre-sales inspection report will evaluate and advise the owner on the best way to prepare the boat for sale. This report and any subsequent work can be made available for any prospective purchaser subject to the owner's agreement. The content of the report however will be opinion of the authors. It is not a formal valuation and cannot be relied upon in this regard. If formal valuation is required for any reason, this can be supplied at additional cost.
Pre-sales inspections will be carried out once brokerage instructions have been received by Sea Ventures.
All yard costs for boat movements and storage will be at the cost of the owner unless otherwise agreed in writing
Sea Trials will be arranged and carried out by Sea Ventures staff at additional cost unless otherwise agreed in writing, and subject to suitable insurance being in place
Warranty and Breakdown cover are offered subject to acceptance by the suppliers of these services
