Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45DS
£169,950 tax paid

Sea Ventures are delighted to offer "Modjadji" to the market - an exceptionally well specified example of Jeanneau's highly regarded 45ft Deck Saloon yachts. Purchased new by her ole owners, the inventory was meticulously built with  a "where the wind blows" offshore mentality. Equipment on-board includes generator, water maker, wind turbine, electric coachroof winch and upgraded batteries. Comfort items such as heating, washing machine and sprung mattress mean the yacht is equally at home Coastal Cruising as Blue Water exploring. The 2 cabin 2 heads layout offers an owners cabin aft usually reserved for large centre cockpit yachts - the height of 45ft luxury.

The specification ensures ease of handling for a couple, but with space to accommodate guests or a family. We believe "Modjadji" to be in excellent condition throughout and would highly recommend a viewing to appreciate all she offers.

Hi Mark A brief email to let you know that we have received the invoices for the C-map and for the work done on Castaway prior to handover which I have today settled by a single electronic transfer payment to Sea Ventures. I note that this was to be paid to a different account from the one I used previously and assume it is to differentiate it from your client account and the firm's own account. We are taking advantage of the good weather to work through the boat and fix many of the minor problems like inoperative lights and the broken grating as well as giving it a deep clean - all very rewarding and we are appreciating the extra living space after our Merry Fisher 805, the sale of which we hope will be completed by next week. Once again many thanks for your personal attention to the detail of this quite complex transaction which enabled a dream to be turned into a reality. We will doubtless be in touch again to order Jeanneau spares through Sea Ventures once we have worked out our priorities. We hope you enjoyed your few days' break - perhaps the weather was kinder to you than you had expected? Best wishes Malcolm and Jean
