We can’t open our premises for business just at the moment but we are planning and preparing to make our sales office a safe place to work and visit when we get the "go ahead", we expect, in June. We will keep you informed
Meanwhile, and somewhat paradoxically, WE ARE ALLOWED TO CONDUCT BOAT VIEWINGS and will start to do this with immediate effect. These will be conducted within the Governments guidelines regarding social distancing and safety and follow a strict regime:
This means that viewings will be arranged BY PRIOR APPOINTMENT ONLY and on arrival you will be met and the viewing process explained to you and conducted on this basis. We will have safety gear available if you request it..
If you turn up to the office unannounced then we may have to disappoint you (as we wont be there!) so be sure to call ahead to make the arrangements at least a day in advance
Jeanneau’s aftersales department have started back at work in a limited capacity and are currently working through and delivering the backlog. For the time being spares requests will still be handled remotely from the office and there will unfortunately still be some delay. We hope you will bear with us.
For all other queries then please just call and email and we will do our best to help, as we have been doing for the last 8 weeks.
It seems that the prospect of getting back on the water is coming closer for all of us which is good news indeed. We cant wait!
