Excess Catamarans join forces with Noam Yaron to support his extreme sporting challenge
Officially registered with the World Open Water Swimming Federation and a possible candidate for the Guinness World Records.
Excess Catamarans are proud to announce their support for ultra-endurance swimmer, Noam Yaron. On 9th August Noam will embark on an exceptional adventure, swimming non-stop from Calvi to Monaco – an 180km journey through the Pelagos Sanctuary, to raise awareness of the preservation of our oceans, in particular our marine protected areas.
To support him on his journey, Excess Catamarans will accompany Noam and his team with both an Excess 14 – dedicated to logistics and an Excess 11, provided for a scientific team conducting marine sampling. These catamarans are absolutely vital for the success of and safety of Noam Yaron’s challenge, serving as mobile support bases and ensuring continuous technical and logistical assistance throughout the crossing.
You can follow the crossing in real-time on Noam Yaron’s social media platforms – we will also documenting his journey here.
