Last weekend’s Royal Ocean Club’s Cervantes Trophy saw the Jeanneau Sun Fast 3300s bask in plenty of success!
Organised by the Royal Ocean Racing Club in association with the Société des Régates du Havre and the Royal Yacht Squadron, The RORC Cervantes Trophy Race took place in challenging conditions that tested the sailors, right from the start, followed by a breath-taking sprint to the finish.
91 boats were all chasing the coveted trophy and vital points for the world’s largest offshore racing series: the RORC Season’s Points Championship.
The Sun Fast 3300s were in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th position overall, demonstrating their sheer brilliance as this job.
9th and 10th position were both Sun Fast 3600s which means that overall 6 of the top 10 boats were Sun Fasts, 23% of the fleet.
In the double handed class 8 out of the top 10 were Sun Fasts.
