The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 490 is another new model to be added to Jeanneau's prestigious Sun Odyssey range for the 2018 season. The new Sun Odyssey 490, like the Sun Odyssey 440, is from the design stable of Phillipe Briand and Jean-Mark Piaton. She has many ground breaking new design features, including the safe and revolutionary access to the side decks from the cockpit without having to climb over the coamings. The Sun Odyssey 490 is a new vision of life on-board and combines the very latest in hull and interior design while still incorporating the heritage of 27 years of Sun Odyssey yachts. She features many of the innovations in her smaller Sun Odyssey 440 sister and promises to be a truly revolutionary cruising yacht.

SEE WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY

Dear Mr. Colley We have recently purchased from Sea Ventures a new Jeanneau NC11 (‘Miss Conduct’) and are writing to commend your Jeanneau Powerboat Manager, Chris Atterton, who has given us truly exemplary service throughout the process. This is our very first boat and therefore, at our age (we are both in our mid-60’s), quite a nerve-wracking experience! Chris is a considerate and thoughtful person and evidently cares a great deal about his customers, not just during the buying process but as regards after sales service too. He has held our hands all the way from our first expression of interest back in early 2015 and nothing has been too much trouble for him. There are one or two very minor criticisms we have about the boat itself which the manufacturers might care to hear about and improve upon but we are certain we have made the right choice for us and we are looking forward to several years of happy boating. We cannot praise Chris highly enough and would be pleased if you would pass on our message of gratitude to him for all his help. Yours sincerely,
- David A (NC11 New Boat)
