After Sales Manager
An experienced After Sales Manager is required to join Sea Ventures (South Coast) Ltd. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to manage and develop an increasingly important side of the business as we strive for continued excellence in client relations, retention and servicing.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage Jeanneau and Excess warranty/after sales for sail and power and oversee warranty process for individual owners
• Liaise directly with Sea Ventures owners and the Jeanneau/Excess factory
• Organise and manage contractors in UK and abroad
• Further develop Sea Ventures service department
• Identify and create aftersales products we can offer clients
• Manage spare parts sales for sail and power
• Manage stores goods inwards and out
• Maintain warranty and spares digital records
Essential requirements:
• Ideally 5 years + After Sales/Service experience although we will consider applicants with less experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• IT literate and exceptionally organised
• Ability to multi-task and handle pressure
• Working closely together with colleagues vitally important – we strongly encourage a “team” environment
Salary – Competitive (dependent on experience)
Location – Swanwick Marina or Dartmouth (offices in both locations so can be flexible)
Candidate must live within a reasonable commutable distance and expect occasional travel within UK and abroad
