Gary spotted the Excess 14 in Swanwick Marina, and from there went on to purchase her from Sea Ventures. Without any real prior racing experience, he and his phenomenal crew, including our very own Andy Thornsby, set out to enjoy and challenge the Excess 14 as much as possible. They completed the Rolex Fastnet Race 2025!
