Your new Jeanneau comes with a comprehensive warranty for both the hull and its structure from Jeanneau themselves and Supplier’s warranties for the component parts (e.g. electronics). All of which are administered by us with the support of Jeanneau.

A modern Jeanneau yacht or motorboat is very complex, taking thousands of man hours to build and assemble. Despite all the checks that are carried out on your new boat, both at the factory and by ourselves on commissioning, things occasionally go wrong and we are here to help when they do.

Our Jeanneau warranty team will help you through any warranty issues, and arrange for parts or remedial work to be done on your boat as soon as it is practicable. As one of the largest builders of boats in the world Jeanneau naturally has a well established warranty procedure which, if followed, will result in a speedy resolution of most problems.

Don’t worry if you didn’t buy your new Jeanneau from us... if you are in our area and need help and support then we are here to help you too. Take a look at our testimonials to see the sort of service we give.

To contact us for a warranty problem you can either call us on 01489 565444 or email our Aftersales department directly. Don’t forget that you can also contact us directly through membership of our site for any of your needs. However before you contact us about a warranty problem on your Jeanneau please download the our Warranty Process Guide which tells you what we will need to know and how you can go about it.

Hi Chris, Just a short e-mail to thank you and your team for everything that you have done regarding the purchase of my new boat. I am extremely pleased with it and with the service that I have received from yourselves. The handover and training session on Friday was excellent. It was just the right amount of information, tuition and practical advice to get me going in the right direction. The boat was delivered to Gosport as promised and I was confident that it was moored correctly and I could leave it. I hope to see you at the Southampton Boat Show in September. I would have no hesitation in recommending any newcomers to contact you for assistance. All the very best, Mark
